Finally....after many hours of trying to figure out the whole new blog thing, I'm ready to make the move. I won't be posting to this blog anymore so please make note of the change.

Dara and her mom drove down from Oklahoma for senior pictures. I'm so glad they did...it was tons of fun! Thanks to the guys at a local biker hangout...Dara got to borrow a Harley for some of her pictures. I'm not sure who was having more fun...Dara or the owner of the Harley! Anyway....thanks again for driving down, it was fun getting together.
I have been shooting little "R" since he was just days old. I LOVE watching my babies grow up....

I shot Courtney's sister last year, so I was honored to be asked to shoot Courtney this year. Her family recently moved away from Dallas, so on a weekend while they were "in the area" we met up for some photos.
I LOVE this time of year. My seniors are in full swing and it's so much fun! Here are some pictures from a recent session. Meet Miss "C"....a natural beauty and so full of personalty. We managed to tackle the wind and get some amazing shots.
What a wonderful week!! I got to attend a great photography conference/tradeshow in Vegas while hanging with some of my favorite people and then to top it off I was asked to shoot a very old and dear friend's wedding in Colorado.
I have known Candice "Candi" since junior high...a very long time ago. We drifted apart as most people do, but was reacquainted with her a few years ago. She has two ADORABLE little boys that she loves dearly and is an ER nurse near the town of Del Norte, Colorado. When Candi first approached me to shoot her wedding my first reaction was..."No way!", but with a little persuasion from her and the fact that she's an old friend, how could I say no. I'm glad I didn't...I had the most fun time and I was honored that she had asked me.
So...here you go Candi. I know you and Gary are anxious to see some of the images. I still have so many more images to edit, so hang tight. You make a beautiful bride Candi and Gary a handsome groom...thanks again for letting me be a part of your day. :)
Can you tell from all pink? I got to tag along with a friend of mine, Sarah, to shoot this little cutie!! This little one is the newest member in a house full of girls....we had so much fun with all the pink....can't you tell?

This was an extra special shoot for an extra special mom and kiddo. Melissa was Ryann's (my youngest) PPCD teacher for almost 3 years....we just LOVE her. So, when she found out she was pregnant I was so excited that I would get to do something as special for her and she had done for my family. I wanted to give her a gift that she would remember forever.....your disc is on it's way!
